My mother angers me with men advice?

SHe's an old fashioned gold digger and I'm 33 and single and she really angers me with some of the things she says :





1. Ohhh ...you don't even know how to seduce a man ...you are so stupid





2. If you pretend to like them they will follow you

From the sound of it, you already know the answer to your question. She is angering you with her views on men and relationships and it sounds like to me that your gut is telling you she is full of what makes flowers grow (the organic way of course lol). Do YOU feel that you should do all this to get a man and have him fall in love with you?





Or would you rather meet someone with common interests, just enjoy being around them and watch as a beautiful relationship full of love, passion, and communication blooms. A relationship that is full of trust with no hidden secrets?





Like I said from your question and examples though, you already know the answer and I'm here to validate what you think of it.
I'm not sure about the deceit and trickery part, however... Don't dismiss your mothers wisdom... she has been around a lot longer than you and really and truly, the game hasn't changed much.


Men are still the same men as in her day.


The only difference now is that men run from committment and marriage, whereas in her day, men ';knew'; and excepted the responsiblility of marriage because it was the right thing to do and they would have been shunned upon if they didn't make an honest woman out of their girlfriend, but now days... They don't seem to care.





So, now... I do kinda understand what your mother may mean because it's like pulling teeth to get these men to just committ to a relationship without being married. You might just have to trickem :):)
