MEN ADVICE PLEASE! I think I may be going bald but im not sure, could it just be temporary? Wats ur experience?

PLEASE READ THIS IM DESPERATE--its not as long as it looks

! Heres the story (short version). I lost a lot of weight like 45 lbs in 4 months by starving myself and excercising like crazy. well, after i lost the weight for about another 6 months i continued to eat very little to maintain my skinnyness. but then i noticed my hair started thinning. So after doing some research i learned that losing a crazy amount of weight in a very short time can be very unhelty and cauyse hair to thin badly. So i started earting normally again. from what i read if its telegon effluvium the hir should start coming back after about 4 - 6 months after the cause of the thinning has ceased.

well, its been like 7 months of eating normally again and being at a healthy 140 lbs (im 5 8 and 27 years old). but the thing is it still keeps falling out! everytime i take a showe it comes out like cazy. during the middle of the day if i just gently grab at my hair i can easily pull our 3 -4 strands per pull. its so thin on just the top part now that it is noticable to others. i was adopted so i never knew whether or not baldness ran in the family. but how can this happen to me?? i mean isnt that an unusual age to start balding?? 27 and never ANY indication whatsoever that i was ever going to go bald. up to the age all the way to 26 its always been so full and thick i would of never guessed balding would ever be a part of my life, at least not until i got really old.

is there still a chance that this could just be temporary? or am i just kidding myself? did it just coincidentally happen after i lost all the weight and i mistakenly attirbuted it to that poor diet from the weight loss? its not thinning on the sides or back just the very top part. im very sad about this. like i said there was never any indication that i would ever go bald for 26 years of having beautiful thick hair. id gel it and style it it was very nice . and its just happening so fast! its like just 10 months ago my head of hair loked completely different. its very depressing. does it usually happen this fast??am i doomed? im only 27!!MEN ADVICE PLEASE! Hair loss like this is very common in people who crash diet. the reason for this is a serious lack of vitamins and proteins. Even after you stop dieting heavily it takes a very long time for the body to recover and the timescales you are talking about are not unusual.

Your hair will grow back but very slowly. the best way to help it is with hair supplements and a healthy diet like you are eating now.MEN ADVICE PLEASE! I think I may be going bald but im not sure, could it just be temporary? Wats ur experience?
hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! Find out the actual cause of hair loss! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few. but anyway you can always try and get real results.

year ago I suffered from hair loss and since hair loss is hereditary my dad suffered from it too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss. the things that really worked for me was:

1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;

2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;

3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;

4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);

5) also you should use some herbal treatment.in that case Provillus is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!

It worked and still works for me!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry Provillus but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.provillus.com/?aid=749165

good luck!
